1. Rare

The first level of steak maturity is rare. Rare is the steak that has the juiciest taste. The level of maturity of this steak has a brownish color on the sides, slightly charred on the outside but on the inside it is still bright red like raw meat. However, it’s still juicy, although it’s not like the previous 2 levels of steak maturity, namely rare and medium rare.
